CONTINUOUS REVIEWING METHOD
If you submit your idea before 15th December 2018, you should receive the notification of acceptance/rejection on 15th January.
If you submit after 15th December, your idea will be taken into consideration and you should then receive the notification of acceptance/rejection within 4 weeks.
All notification of acceptance/rejection should be sent to authors on 21st February 2019.
You will benefit from Early Bird rates if you register before 28th February 2019.
